Frequently asked questions
Where do the sources come from, and how reliable is the fact check?
News trends come from a fixed selection of Swiss and international news media; Social Pulse researches live on the web. Every link is checked: can it be reached, and does it match the story? When writing, the AI may only use figures from the article texts.
The fact check looks for every quote in the source text and flags figures that aren’t backed up. It’s a help, but it doesn’t replace your own judgement: you decide what gets published.
Does the app publish anything without me?
No. A post only goes out when you click “Publish” or schedule it yourself for a specific time.
What happens to my data?
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies and we don’t sell any data. We store your LinkedIn access in encrypted form; “Disconnect” deletes it straight away. For text, images, research and payments, we use specialised providers, some of them outside Switzerland. You’ll find all the details in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You cancel your subscription in the app under “Billing” in the customer portal, at any time, effective at the end of the current period. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged. You keep any credits you’ve purchased. More on this in the terms and conditions.
Which channels can I publish on?
On LinkedIn (your personal profile) and Telegram (your channel or group via your own bot). TikTok and other networks aren’t connected yet. How many channels you can connect at the same time depends on your plan.
